Fall Inspiration

I'm sooo looking forward to dressing in more layers and warmer pieces!!!

Here are a few inspiration photos (all from Pinterest)

I love the yellow scarf against the black and white.

This super simple outfit has my name written all over it! This girl rocks this neutral outfit.

This Chanel inspired outfit is so classy! I love the fitted tweed jacket. I've always wanted one.

This outfit looks very country! I love the color of the jean jacket and color combo.

Are you a Gilmore Girls fan? I am. A huge one! I owned all 7 seasons after the series finished in 2006. I'm roughly the same age as the daughter, Rory so it was really fun growing up with her through high school and college. When I heard my favorite mother daughter team were coming to Netflix I did a jig!

Fall Fashion: Coming Along

FAAAALLLLLLL, where are you???? I've been waiting very patiently all summer for this favorite season of mine to begin. Now that it has arrived, I'm anxious to get on with this thing already. However, in 85 degree heat, I've not been able to pull out my boots quite yet.

This sparkly tank top from Banana Republic is one of my favorites but can be a little warm so I like to wear it with only a thin sweater over it. I was at a Beth Moore conference in an air conditioned room all day so this lightly layered ensemble was perfect.

Top: Banana Republic
Jeans: Joe's
Shoes: TJ Maxx
Necklace: Clarie's
Bracelet: Nordstrom

How's the weather where you are? Are you able to get into the Fall season clothing wise?

Farwell Summer!

I'm going to tell the truth right from the start. I LOVE FALL!!! It's very easy for me to say goodbye to summer because of my overwhelming longing for Autumn and all things pumpkin. I just swapped out my summer wardrobe for fall. All my sweaters, blazers, anything mustard, plum, olive, black, brown, navy and plaid. Yes!

These are a few of my favorites from last year.
